Testimony of Esther Gautier/ Château of Malmaison

Testimony of Esther Gautier - Head of communication and patronage at the museum of the castles of Malmaison and Bois-Préau

Why did you choose Loc'Hall?
To be honest, I didn't choose Loc'Hall, it was obvious from the project that Diane Domas de Crécy presented to us. Her dynamism and professionalism convinced me to associate the national museum of château in Malmaison and Bois-Préau with the platform. The management of the museum has fully validated this association. In addition, the relevance of the subject, the coherence of the message and the connection of institutional and private actors are all assets that can benefit each partner of Loc'Hall.

What values do you share with Loc'Hall?
Loc'Hall is an innovative response to the problems of visibility of privatization actions at venues . The Loc'Hall project is based on the collaboration and involvement of everyone. The pooling of each person's experience gives us all a better visibility of our actions. Endally, the transparency of the message conveyed by Loc'Hall is the guarantee of the success of this project and of its reception by a demanding public.

Innovation, team spirit and integrity are values we share with Loc'Hall and which, in my opinion, contribute to creating strategic performance levers.

What are the benefits you expect from this partnership?
In addition to an increase in the number of privatization activities at château, this partnership is an opportunity to strengthen our image as a professional player in the field of heritage. The museum has thus called on the State Agency for Intangible Heritage to help it structure its offer of privatized spaces. Endally, on a more collaborative level, the creation of a network of Loc'Hall partners could lead to the holding of an annual seminar that would promote networking, the exchange of experiences and the sharing of best practices.

To finish, if you had to summarize Loc Hall in 3 key words, it would be...
