Data collected on the Site is intended for LOC'HALL
the Service Providers listed on the Site with whom the User contacts to request a Service via a File listed on the Site.
Furthermore, the User is informed that as part of the intermediation service, LOC'HALL provides a service enabling the User to be redirected to other Service Providers when a requested Service Provider is unable to meet the User's request for a Service. In any event, the obligations of the Service Providers listed on the Site are subject to the same regulations as LOC'HALL in terms of data retention, security, etc.

The Data we collect is not transferred outside the European Union or to a country that has not been subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
All data is stored in Frankfurt (Germany) by a third-party host.
