I am a company

LOC'HALL ACCOUNT

To obtain quotations from venues and receive support in your search, you need to create a customer account. 

You will be asked to create an account just after you have made your first quotation request, or by clicking directly on "My Account" and then "Register".

We'll ask you to complete a short form to better understand your event profile (optional).

Your e-mail address may already be linked to an existing account. In this case, enter your password to log in.

💡 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Only a professional e-mail address (@ + internet domain name linked to your company) can be used to create a customer account.
  • It is not possible to request a quote without creating a customer account.

To connect to the platform : 

  • Click on the "My account" button at the top right of your screen

Forgot your password? To reset it, proceed as follows:

  • Click on My account
  • Then click on Login. Enter your e-mail address
  • On the next screen, select "Reset password". This will take you to a page where you can send a modification link by e-mail.

💡 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • The reset e-mail is an "automatic" e-mail, so be sure to check your "spam" or "promotions" box.

MANAGE MY REQUESTS

If you have a specific number of participants, a predefined region, or a particular type of event, use the search bar on the home page, which will suggest the venues events that match your criteria.
You can then refine your search with even more precise criteria, using the search bar at the top of the page.


You can also search by theme: type of venue, type of event, region.
To do this, click on " Endd a venue ". You'll get a selection of venues by theme, and can then filter by more criteria.

Access the showcase and request a quote by filling in the form. 

Then we'll put you in touch with the venue manager. This will save you precious time in your search.

Plus: you get the same prices as direct sales!

Contact us directly using the "To be called by an advisor" button or the "Contact us" button button at the bottom of the page and send us your request.
We'll be happy to advise you and suggest the most suitable venues .

Click on "Our Services" and then on "Loc'Hall Events".

Click on "Submit my brief" and fill in the form. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your event.

You can also send us your brief by clicking on the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the home page. 

I'm a heritage and cultural site

Once your request to be listed on the Loc'Hall platform has been approved by our team, you will receive an e-mail with your login and password.

  • Click on the "My account" button at the top right of your screen

REFERENCEMENT DE MON LIEU SUR LOC'HALL

Loc'Hall is a website specifically dedicated to promoting venues heritage and cultural sites.
Each site listed complies with our selection guidelines (heritage, historical and cultural interest; qualitative criteria; functional criteria).

Position your venue for 5 types of event: meetings, conferences and seminars, dinners/cocktails, business breakfasts, photo shoots/filming and corporate parties. 

Then on 8 types of venues: castles/historic monuments, museums, private mansions, theatres/theaters, exteriors/gardens, abbeys and chapels, venues atypical, apartments/workshops/galleries.

Listing your establishment on Loc'Hall is fast and will take you no more than 20 minutes, watch in hand!

Customer companies are verified on registration, and the requests you receive are all qualified. This saves you valuable processing time.

We'll be happy to advise you and suggest the most suitable venues .
