How do we choose our venues ?

Loc'Hall is a website specifically dedicated to the promotion of venues heritage and cultural sites. Each referenced place respects our selection charter (heritage, historical, cultural interest; qualitative criteria; functional criteria).

How do I search for a location? 

If you have a specific number of participants, a predefined region, or a particular type of event, use the search bar on the home page, which will suggest the venues that meet your criteria. You can then refine your search with even more precise criteria using the search bar at the top of the page.
You can also search by theme: type of venue, type of event, region. To do so, click on "Endd a venue". You will have a selection of venues by theme and you can then filter with more criteria.
Access the venue's showcase and request a meeting by filling out the form after creating your user account in "My Account". The Loc'Hall team will quickly contact you to discuss your issues and needs. Then we will put you in touch with the venue manager. This will save you precious time in your search.

Loc'Hall's plus: the matchmaking service is completely free.

How do I get help searching for a location on the platform? 

Contact us directly via the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page and send us your request. We will be happy to advise you and to propose you the most adapted venues .

How to request a connection with the event providers selected by Loc'Hall? 

To simplify the organization of your event and to save you time in the search for service providers, we have selected excellent event partners with a perfect knowledge of venues heritage and culture:
- Caterers
- Professionals in decoration and event space layout, - Stage managers and technicians for lighting, sound and audiovisual,
- Equipment rental.
- Receptionists and checkroom attendants,...

We put you in contact with these event providers on simple request (conatct@lochall.fr) and free of charge.

Is there a charge for the matchmaking service?

Absolutely not! Loc'Hall does not take or receive any commission on the privatization of venues. You benefit from the same rates as if you were to go direct.
At Loc'Hall, it is the venues who take out a subscription to be listed on the platform.
The service is therefore entirely free. There are no hidden fees.

How can I reference my place on your site? 

Click on the "List my location" button at the top of our home page and then click on "Become a partner" at the bottom of the page. We will call you back to discuss and learn more about your location.
