Take a seat in the former nuns' refectory, beneath its majestic vaults and facing its imposing stained-glass window. Le Grand Réfectoire is a bistronomic establishment, embodied by Marcel Ravin, a double Michelin-starred chef of colorful cuisine.

With a surface area of 340 m² indoors, 130 m² outdoors and a maximum capacity of 540 people, the Grand Réfectoire is made up of a number of different areas, all available for the organization of your events. The Grand Réfectoire is home to a venue as emblematic as it is intimate: Le Caveau. In fact, it's one of the most unusual places in the Grand Hôtel Dieu, the former pantry of the hospital sisters of the time. An ideal place for wine and spirits tastings. Whether you opt for the restaurant, the lounge, the cellar or complete privatization, each space will provide you with the ideal potential you're looking for.
