The ambitious project to offer 3 exhibitions, 1 dance festival and 1 music festival per year takes shape in a unique building, rehabilitated by the legendary Rem Koolhaas. This nineteenth-century building has been clad with an astonishing structure: mobile platforms that allow the building's configuration to be completely changed from one project to the next.
