Book the Hotel de la Marine, one of the most prestigious addresses in Paris

Unique is the word to describe the Hôtel de la Marine, a palace steeped in history, located on Place de la Concorde in Paris.

Commissioned by Louis XV to the architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel, the Hôtel de la Marine was built to house the Garde-Meuble royal, the forerunner of the Mobilier national. It houses stores, workshops, but also exhibition rooms where the public is invited to admire the furniture and jewels of the Crown.

After the Revolution, the building became the headquarters of the administration of the Navy, which remained there until 2015. It will leave its name.

Today, a new period of history begins for the Hôtel de la Marine. In 2021, it will open its doors to the public to offer an immersive experience in the discovery of the heritage and art of living of the 18th century.
