Estimated rates for equipment rental by the day (includes 10 hours of venues support). Overtime is charged at 10% of the daily rate. Additional fees apply: Endal cleaning (€250 excl. tax), presence of a stage manager (depending on client schedules, €50/hour), technical package (sound/lighting) €350 excl. tax, security (depending on the event and capacity) €50/hour/agent. Rental of our furniture is free (catalog available upon request); only on-site delivery (if the furniture is not already on site) is subject to a fee (€250 excl. tax). A video projector is available for rent (€400 excl. tax). The venue is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM. The maximum sound level is 90 dB.
