The historic heart of the Espace Hamelin is thePrivate Mansion of the Count of Montebello, who lived there in the 19th century.

The building was designed by Charles-Louis Boileau, architect of Le Bon Marché, with its neo-Renaissance facades overlooking the main courtyard and its garden filled with Indian ducks and pheasants.

Today, these buildings remain the collective home of the trade unions for the electrical, electronics and communications industries, with part of the space dedicated to hosting events that can be privatized by and for all.

Blending history and modernity, our spaces reflect this dual identity.

On the mezzanine floor, seven modern, colorful meeting rooms are available for meetings and seminars.
On the 1st floor, six other contemporary meeting rooms are also available for seminars and meetings.
Endally, on the 2nd floor, a conference room, fully equipped with audiovisual equipment, can accommodate up to 200 people for knowledge-sharing, and also has space for refreshments thanks to its two fireplaces on the intermediate floors.

Because of our links with the electrical and electronics industries, our 16 meeting rooms are named after inventors who have revolutionized our daily lives: Roland Moreno, inventor of the smart card, Michael Faraday, inventor of the principle of the electric motor, Joséphine Cochrane, inventor of the first dishwasher ....

Colorful and modern, all rooms are equipped with contemporary furniture, screen, video projector and flipchart.
