Cool museum, lovely staff. Amazing digital showings with insights in the history of the Bourgogne region, the terroir and winemaking. Also a really cool area within the musuem with jars to smell the aroma's matching the wines of the region.

Located in Macon, this museum is dedicated to wines, winegrowers and the culture of the vine.
The museum part is very well done and made up of workshops, interactive videos and stories to listen to.
There is a huge interactive 3D map explaining the phenomena impacting the vines.
There is also a whole olfactory part where you can have fun smelling scents in order to better recognize them during future tastings.
The bracelet system is well thought out and works perfectly. It allows for an interactive visit and adds a fun effect.
The price is affordable (€9) for an adult with tasting of a glass of wine after the visit.
