In September 2017, Nanterre's Château was transformed into a veritable laboratory for the food transition, the first Parisian venue entirely dedicated to sustainable food.

A former toothpaste factory, this unusual site, listed as a historical monument, covers 2300m² and 6000m² of land. It federates a community of initiatives dedicated to sustainable food around an urban farm, shared offices and a start-up incubator, shared kitchens, and a catering and event space.

Organizing an event at château in Nanterre means immersing yourself in an innovative, sustainable and responsible environment, working for the food transition and good eating for all. Our team is at your disposal to design a specific program according to your needs and issues. During your study days, we also offer workshops to live and experience the food transition: team-building escape game format, tasting workshop of all kinds, anti-gaspi cooking workshop and introduction to permaculture...etc.

A natural haven of peace, the terrace and garden of Château offer a singular expanse at the gates of Paris. A place to have lunch or a drink in the sun, to walk around, to observe the vegetables in the garden, or to participate in an outdoor workshop. The permaculture garden of 880m2, managed by the association ENDAT, can be visited on request.

The event space: for a small meeting, a conference, a seminar or a product presentation, the event space lends itself to all formats. Its 220 m2 surface is designed to be divided into several spaces according to needs and can accommodate up to 216 people seated indoors.
