An unusual and contemporary loft in a privileged setting
Ideally located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris between the Bourse and the Palais-Royal, the Atelier Richelieu welcomes all your events. This duplex will amaze you with its unusual history: founded on the foundations of an 18th century Private Mansion , this former printing house was home to the famous magazine "L'Illustration" from 1862.
Its 700 m2 on two levels are intended for all types of events: seminars from 10 to 180 people, showrooms, auctions, press presentations, fashion shows, etc.
Volumes designed for events
The first floor, laid out like an art gallery, has high ceilings. Its neutral and minimalist character makes it easy to appropriate the spaces for a unique and personalized event.
On the second floor, the 320 m2 loft with large windows will give an airy look to your meetings for a "wow!" effect on your guests.
