At the dawn of the '80s, in the urban jungle that was New York, an artistic effervescence broke out in the streets, laying the foundations for an exceptional human and creative adventure. It was a time when graffiti, like multicolored phoenixes, emerged from the ashes of everyday life to transform the city into a living work of art.

In the midst of this tumult, a new generation of artists emerged, bold and daring, ready to defy established norms and canons. These artists soon proved to be the determined pioneers of an unprecedented artistic revolution.

Armed with spray cans and boundless energy, some deviated from their usual practices by transmuting their expression, originally rooted in the street, through the prism of workshops... and thus was born, thanks to their determination - several decades ago already - the last great trend of the 20th century: Post-graffiti!

This gallery is an exceptional space that allows you to discover a wide range of artists and their remarkable creations. But what sets it apart is the incredible warmth and kindness shown by the people associated with this establishment. Every two weeks, a new exhibition and opening take place, attracting a multitude of art enthusiasts. Even as a foreigner, I had the privilege of exhibiting my own works here and experiencing first-hand the unwavering faith, love and respect the gallery gives to artists. As an artist, I find it deeply gratifying to see the unwavering respect they have for our craft. Without a doubt, visiting this gallery is always an absolute pleasure.

The gallery is very old, more than 100 years old, from father to son, according to the owner Mr PLASSE Bernard.

One of the last Marseillaise galleries still in activity, it's very sad so you have to go see the exhibition on Mr Louis Ponse, it's magnificent and intelligent with finesse, a must see!!!!!!!!!!!
