This Italian Villa of the 1930s was designed in 1927 by a famous Italian architect and designer for his friend Tony Bouilhet, heir and manager of the Christofle silverware company. The architect's only French creation, this country house combines French-style entertaining with Italian elegance with simplicity and great attention to detail.

Warm, clear and refined, it was completely renovated in 2019. Today, its new layout, centered around the work of the architect and designer, offers a true immersion in the artist's world where color and lightness dominate. Collection pieces coexist with more recent editions in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.

The high bay windows bathe the interior in light that emphasizes the nobility and softness of the materials: terrazzo, Venetian marmorino, engraved mirrors, walnut furniture and warm-toned carpeting. The double-height living room is the heart of the house, giving all its majesty to the house's vast volumes. The trompe l'oeil ceiling painted by the designer brings a truly Italian and theatrical touch.

The majestic trees that surround it preserve the privacy of venues, while a terrace overlooking the vast Italian garden promises happy moments during the summer. It is possible to install a crystal tent on the terrace to welcome your guests while revealing the iconic façade of the place.
