A rather crazy project, born in 1882 from the desire of Arthur Meyer, then director of the daily newspaper Le Gaulois. He wanted to offer his readers the chance to see, "in real life", the famous figures featured on the front page of his newspaper. The sculptor Alfred Grévin was the first to create the famous wax statues of this magical place. They were an instant success, and have been ever since.

Completely renovated in 2019, when the museum closes to the public, the Musée Grévin and its wax statues welcome professional events for up to 250 people under the golds and frescoes of a splendid baroque architecture.

• The Theater The Théâtre Grévin: the ideal setting for an awards ceremony, a conference or a private concert, the beautiful Théâtre Grévin lends itself to a wide range of events.
• L'espace Tapis Rouge : cocktail aperitif on the move. The Tapis Rouge area welcomes your guests for an aperitif cocktail in a festive atmosphere, amidst the first Grévin characters right into the Theatre. It can also accommodate a bar area for your dance party in the Palais des Mirages.
• Le Palais des Mirages : Evening dance possible. The only sound, light and optical illusion of its kind in the world, created by Eugène Hénard and presented at the 1900 Universal Exhibition, the Palais des Mirages was completely renovated in 2018, (5-minute animation show at the beginning of the tour). And for an unforgettable end to the evening, the Palais des Mirages is transformed into a dancefloor.

L'Espace Tapis Rouge welcomes your guests for a cocktail aperitif in a hushed atmosphere amidst the Grévin's first people right into the Theatre.
It can also accommodate a bar area for your dance party in the Palais des Mirages. The Palais des Mirages is a unique sound, light and optical illusion show created by Eugène Hénard and presented at the 1900 Universal Exhibition. It was completely renovated in 2018, with a 5-minute animation at the beginning of the show. And for an unforgettable end to the evening, the Palais des Mirages is transformed into a dancefloor.
