Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, Chai Saint Olive is Lyon's first urban winery!

A creator of urban wines, Chai Saint Olive is a place of production. From the reception of freshly pressed grape juice (also known as must) to bottling, including ageing in barrels or stainless steel vats, all stages of winemaking are carried out here. These urban wines are produced Starting at local grape varieties: Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay and Syrah, carefully selected from 7 estates located less than 80 kilometers from the Chai.

More than a family and entrepreneurial adventure, Chai Saint Olive is a human adventure punctuated by fortuitous and long-standing encounters, including those with the Chai's partner winemakers. Children of the terroir, in love with their vines and passionate about their profession, these winegrowers practice responsible viticulture that respects nature and mankind.

Following this philosophy, Franck & Grégoire have selected the Chai Saint Olive winemakers in the Rhône Valley with Jeanne Gaillard, Yves Cuilleron, Ludovic and Emmanuel Courbis and Eric Rocher, and in Beaujolais with Viviane Tournissoux, Christophe Subrin and Hubert Cinquin.

Chai Saint Olive is also a unique, atypical event venue dedicated to wine tastings, private tours, tasting workshops, wine training courses, events for individuals and corporate events: seminars, team-building, board meetings, showrooms, parties, etc.

Privileged visit

We offer tours of the Chai Saint Olive alongside our events.

The price is €10.50 plus VAT/person (duration 15/20 in small groups of 10).

We also offer itinerant blending workshops (everyone creates their own cuvée and leaves with it). Price: €35 excl. tax/person. Labels can be personalized with your logo, text, etc.
